Who can take part
- You are between 12 and 22 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis.
- You can walk on your own (even with a cane or walker).
- You have a computer or tablet with internet and are comfortable using Zoom.
- You have not had a relapse or used steroids for MS in the last three months.
- You do not have vision problems, bone/joint issues, or other medical conditions that affect movement.
