Dual-Task Training for Teens with Multiple Sclerosis

Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis (MS that started before age 18)
  • Between 12 and 18 years old
  • Mild to moderate disability level (EDSS score below 6, meaning you can still walk)
  • No other bone or joint problems affecting how you move
  • No severe vision problems that would make it hard to exercise safely
  • No recent MS flare-up or steroid treatment in the last 3 months
