Who can take part

  • You are a patient at Stony Brook University Hospital.
  • You are older than 22 years old.
  • You are right-handed.
  • You have been diagnosed with delirium (sudden confusion) using a standard screening tool.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, implanted vagus nerve stimulator, or history of epilepsy.
  • You are not pregnant, have a severe brain injury, or recent substance abuse.
