Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old and healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG 0-2).
- You have lung cancer that has spread to your liver, and you have at least one liver tumor that is at least 1 cm across.
- Your previous chemotherapy (with a platinum drug) and immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor) have stopped working or caused side effects.
- Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh A or B, and blood tests show safe levels of liver enzymes and bilirubin).
- You have not had radiation to the liver, a liver transplant, or cirrhosis, and you do not have serious heart disease or active infections.
