Who can take part
- You have second- or third-degree burns covering at least 40% of your body surface area.
- You have burn disease that has reached a stage of acute toxemia or septicemia (severe infection or toxin-related illness).
- Your burn severity score (Frank Index) is 90 or higher.
- You are medically stable enough to receive the Efferon LPS therapy for at least 6 hours.
- You do not have severe other illnesses like advanced kidney failure, recent heart attack, stroke, or uncontrolled bleeding.
