Ankle strengthening after Botox for foot lift weakness in spastic hemiplegia

Who can take part

  • You are an adult (18 years or older).
  • You have spastic hemiplegia (muscle stiffness on one side of the body) from any cause.
  • You have mild to moderate calf spasticity (MAS score 1-2).
  • You have weakness in lifting your foot (at least a slight muscle contraction with movement).
  • You have already received Botox injections in your calf muscles for spasticity.
