Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 75 years old
- Your calf tightness (gastrocnemius contracture) is confirmed with the Silfverskiölds test
- A doctor confirms you have plantar fasciitis, and an MRI shows specific changes in the plantar fascia and heel bone area
- Your foot pain has lasted at least 12 months before the first injection
- You tried conventional physical therapy for at least 3 months, but symptoms didn’t improve much
- You haven’t had surgery for plantar fasciitis before
