Who can take part

  • You have an incomplete spinal cord injury, meaning some feeling or movement remains below the injury level.
  • Your injury is between the T10 and L2 vertebrae (mid to lower back).
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You can walk with or without help from a cane, walker, or similar device.
  • You do not have severe muscle tightness, pain, joint problems, or any other neurological conditions like stroke or multiple sclerosis.
