It is for U.S. government employees and their families who have already tried Xeomin at a U.S. military or medical facility.

Who can take part
- You are a U.S. government employee or an adult family member of one.
- You are a U.S. citizen (and not a dual national of your current country).
- You have already received Xeomin for migraines related to a traumatic brain injury (TBI) or an anomalous health incident (AHI).
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You can attend at least 4 out of every 5 study visits.
