Who can take part
- You must be between 20 and 75 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be 30 or higher (obesity range).
- You must have had a primary care check-up at Cleveland Clinic within the past 18 months.
- You cannot have had weight-loss surgery before.
- You cannot be pregnant or within 6 months after childbirth.
- You cannot have an active cancer diagnosis or a condition that affects memory or thinking.
