  • You have HIV and are under care at the Washington University Infectious Disease Clinic
  • You are between 25 and 65 years old
  • You are on stable HIV medication
  • You have had trouble sleeping at least 3 nights a week for 3 months or more
  • You have had chronic pain rated 3 or higher on a 0 to 10 scale
