Who can take part

  • You are 16 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), or mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL).
  • Your leukemia has come back after treatment or did not respond to at least one prior therapy.
  • Your leukemia has a change in the KMT2A gene or NPM1 gene (this is preferred but not required).
  • You are able to do daily activities with minimal help (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2).
  • Your major organs (kidneys, liver, heart) are working well enough, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
