  • Be older than 2 years
  • Your leukemia cells must show specific target markers on a lab test (immunostaining or flow cytometry)
  • Be able to do daily activities reasonably well (Karnofsky score above 80) and expected to live more than 2 months
  • Have acceptable heart, lung, liver, and kidney test results
  • Have enough blood counts (hemoglobin at least 80 g/L)
  • Be able and willing to understand the study and sign written consent
