Study of emavusertib with zanubrutinib for CLL and other B-cell cancers

Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaB-cell Malignancies

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial combines an experimental drug, emavusertib, with zanubrutinib (a standard targeted therapy) for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or other B-cell cancers. It aims to see if the combination can improve response in patients who still have some disease despite taking zanubrutinib or whose disease has worsened on it.
