  • You are scheduled for a brain MRI with gadolinium contrast
  • You have known or suspected brain metastases
  • You can provide informed consent and lie still for the MRI
  • You do not have any MRI contraindications or gadolinium allergy
  • You do not have severe kidney problems (eGFR below 30)
