Who can take part
- You have a type of nasopharyngeal cancer called non-keratinizing (WHO type II or III) that has come back in the same area (not spread to other parts of the body) at least one year after your last treatment.
- The returning tumor is stage rT2 to rT4 (based on AJCC 8th edition) and is not able to be removed with surgery.
- You are in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function (like blood counts, liver, and kidney function).
- You have not had prior treatment with a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor, and you do not have an active autoimmune disease or active infection (like uncontrolled hepatitis B, C, or HIV).
- You are willing to use effective contraception if needed and can provide signed informed consent.
