  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You have been indoor climbing within the last year.
  • You hurt your hand, wrist, elbow, or shoulder while climbing in the last year.
  • You got some treatment for that injury (like rest, exercises, injections, or surgery).
  • You can fill out an online survey and agree to participate.
