Who can take part

  • Your main sport is climbing (bouldering, lead rock, or other types).
  • You are currently healthy with no pain or symptoms.
  • You have been climbing regularly for at least 3 months.
  • You do not have rheumatological, neurological, orthopedic, genetic, or cardiovascular conditions.
  • You have not had surgery on your arms, legs, or spine in the last year.
  • You are not taking medications that affect balance or using orthopedic supports.
