- You are 16 years or older when braces are removed
- Your treatment included widening your upper arch by 3-10mm using a special appliance or wire
- You wore braces on at least your upper teeth, with or without extractions
- You have a dental model from before treatment started
- You do not have any long-term health problems
- You do not have a cleft lip or palate
