Breathing reflex study in double lung transplant patients

Hering-Breuer Reflex

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have had a double lung transplant and are in the ICU while coming off the ventilator
  • You are in the ICU after a surgery that did not involve your chest and are on a ventilator
  • You do not have severe bleeding risk or unstable blood pressure
  • You are not pregnant
