Who can take part

  • You have aphasia (language trouble) caused by a stroke (either from a clot or bleeding).
  • It has been at least 6 months since your last stroke.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old and have at least 8 years of education.
  • You can walk on your own, or with just a single-point cane (no walker or other device).
  • Your doctor has confirmed it is safe for you to do regular exercise, and you don't have any health issues that make exercise dangerous (like uncontrolled heart or lung problems).
