Who can take part

  • You had a first stroke and it has been more than 3 months since it happened.
  • You could read and speak English fluently before your stroke.
  • You still have reading difficulties, such as trouble reading words or made-up words aloud.
  • You live within 50 miles of the Kessler Foundation in New Jersey.
  • You are not currently in speech or language therapy and can safely do exercise.
  • You do not have any other brain conditions or a learning disability like dyslexia.
