Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of one of these sarcomas: leiomyosarcoma, bone sarcoma, or translocation-associated soft tissue sarcoma that has spread or can't be removed.
- You have already had at least 1 or 2 prior treatments (depending on your sarcoma type) but no more than 2 prior treatments with a type of drug called a tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
- You are 18 or older.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1, or Karnofsky score 70% or higher).
- Your blood counts, kidney and liver function are within acceptable ranges.
