This study looks at how histamine affects muscle building after resistance exercise. It may help us understand why some people build muscle better than others after strength training.
This study compares two types of exercise training to see which better improves heart and lung fitness, hormone balance, and mental health in young adults who are currently sedentary or only moderately active.
This study tests how exercise in a hot environment affects your heart and metabolism. It may help researchers understand how heat and exercise work together in healthy, active young adults.
This study compares how moderate and high-intensity interval training affect blood vessel function in healthy adults and those with slightly elevated blood pressure (prehypertension). It aims to see which exercise type may improve vascular health.
This early study measures how well your blood vessels work using tests that may include MRI. It compares healthy people with people who have conditions like COPD, pulmonary arterial hypertension, heart failure, or high blood pressure, to better understand “vascular function” in health and disease.
This study looks at how physical activity and regular blood pressure checks relate to heart health signals on imaging. It’s meant for people without major heart, stroke, diabetes, or serious chronic illnesses to understand early cardiovascular risk.
