  • You are male and between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You are not very physically active but do some light activity.
  • You do not smoke and have no chronic diseases or high blood pressure.
  • You are not taking any supplements or medications.
  • You do not have seasonal allergies and you are not vegetarian or vegan.
  • You have not done regular strength training before.
