This study tests whether a mindful walking program (audio-guided walks) can help people with brain conditions like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, or Alzheimer's feel more resilient. If you join, you will be randomly assigned to the walking program or a control group, and you'll wear a Fitbit and do some in-person brain tests.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have a neurodegenerative disease like multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or stroke.
- You have never practiced meditation regularly (like 10 minutes a day) and never attended meditation classes or programs.
- You have internet access.
- You can walk (with or without a cane or walker).
- You are willing to wear a Fitbit smartwatch for 8 weeks and do in-person tests including brain wave monitoring and a heart rate monitor t-shirt.
