Who can take part
- You have a type of thyroid cancer called papillary or follicular carcinoma.
- Your thyroid gland has been completely removed (total thyroidectomy).
- Your cancer has come back or spread and can't be fully removed with surgery.
- You either didn't respond to standard treatments or can't take them, OR you haven't had radioactive iodine therapy yet.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are expected to live at least 6 more months.
