Who can take part

  • You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a specific gene change (such as ALK, EGFR, HER2, MET, NTRK, RET, or ROS1) that has been treated with an approved targeted therapy.
  • You must have had platinum-based chemotherapy for stage 4 or recurrent lung cancer.
  • You must not have received more than 3 types of prior chemotherapy or antibody-drug conjugates for your lung cancer.
  • You must have progressed (worsened) during or after your most recent cancer treatment.
  • You must not have had prior treatment with a TROP2-targeting drug or immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors).
  • You must be in generally good health (able to do daily activities) and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) as determined by your doctor.
