Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 3 months.
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure (reduced or mildly reduced pumping ability) for at least 3 months.
- Your heart failure symptoms are stable and you've been on the same medications for at least 2 weeks.
- Your heart's pumping function is below 50% and you have elevated levels of a heart stress marker (NT-proBNP).
- You are not currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.
