Breathing and Neck Exercises for Asthma with Forward Head Posture

Asthma

Part of Immune system & allergy, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This study tests whether Buteyko or Pilates breathing, combined with neck exercises, can improve lung function and chest expansion in people with asthma and forward head posture. It may help you breathe better if your asthma is under control and you have that posture issue.
