Who can take part

  • Adults aged 18 to 75 with any solid tumor cancer that has spread or is advanced (stage 3-4).
  • In good enough health to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • No more than 3 prior cancer treatments (for stage 1-3 disease).
  • Willing to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant or cause pregnancy.
  • Adequate liver, kidney, and blood function as shown by blood tests.
  • No active hepatitis B, C, or HIV infection, and no untreated or growing brain metastases.
