  • You have stage II or III breast cancer that is triple-positive (HR+ and HER2+).
  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have not had any prior treatment for this breast cancer (like chemo, radiation, or targeted therapy).
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on scans and your organs are working well.
  • You are either premenopausal, perimenopausal, or postmenopausal.
  • You are willing to avoid pregnancy during the trial.
