  • You identify as Hispanic or Latino
  • You are at least 18 years old and speak, read, and write in Spanish
  • You care for a loved one with Alzheimer's or a related dementia who lives at home, at least 4 hours a week
  • You have an internet-connected device like a computer, tablet, or smartphone
  • You are able to join interviews and the program sessions
  • You do not plan to move your loved one to a nursing home within the next 6 months
