  • You lost at least 7% of your body weight intentionally in the past 6 months
  • Your BMI was 27 or higher before you started losing weight
  • You own a smartphone or tablet that can download apps and receive text messages
  • You are not planning weight-loss surgery in the next 6 months
  • Your primary care doctor agrees you can participate
  • You are not pregnant, within 1 year after giving birth, or planning to become pregnant
