Who can take part
- You are between 21 and 75 years old
- You have a moderate to severe alcohol use disorder (at least 4 symptoms in the past year) and drink heavily (60g alcohol/day for men, 40g for women)
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 27 or higher (overweight or obese)
- You are motivated to cut back or stop drinking but are not currently in treatment for alcohol use
- You do not have diabetes, serious mental illness, or a history of severe alcohol withdrawal (like seizures or delirium)
