  • Be a healthy, lean man or woman
  • Have a body size range roughly between BMI 18.5 and 24.9 and typical waist size
  • Avoid major diet restrictions like being fully dairy-free or fully meat-free
  • No current use of drugs or medications—including over-the-counter meds, supplements, or prescriptions
  • No alcohol/drug use or smoking
  • Not recently traveling across multiple time zones in the last 3 months
