  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, meaning you have obesity.
  • You have not taken any weight-loss medications (like Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, or metformin for weight loss) in the past 3 months.
  • You do not have diabetes that requires medication.
  • You have never had pancreatitis, bariatric surgery, or a serious stomach problem.
