Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- Your BMI is 30 or higher, OR 27 or higher with weight-related health problems (like high blood pressure or sleep apnea)
- You do not have type 2 diabetes or heart disease
- You are currently taking weekly semaglutide injections (at least 1 mg per week) and have lost 10% or more of your starting weight while on it
- Your weight has stayed within 5% for the past 12 weeks
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no history of eating disorders, certain thyroid cancers, or recent cancer treatment
