This trial tests a new treatment called CD70 CAR T cells, which are specially designed immune cells that target a protein called CD70 on cancer cells. It is for people with certain types of lymphoma, myeloma, kidney cancer, or sarcoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments.

Who can take part
- You must have a type of cancer that has come back or not responded to standard treatments, including certain lymphomas, multiple myeloma, kidney cancer, or sarcoma (sarcoma only for people 25 or younger).
- Your tumor must have at least 26% CD70 positive cells (a lab test checks this).
- You must be 75 years old or younger (or 25 or younger for sarcoma).
- Your blood counts and organ function must meet minimum levels.
- You must not have an active infection or be on high-dose steroids.
