Hematologic MalignancyALL, ChildhoodAML, ChildhoodLymphomaMDS

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a special immune cell therapy (CAR T-cells) that targets a protein called CD70 on blood cancer cells. It is for children and young adults up to age 21 whose cancer has come back or hasn't gotten better with other treatments.

Who can take part

  • The patient must be 21 years old or younger
  • The blood cancer (like AML, ALL, MDS, or lymphoma) must have come back or not responded to treatment and test positive for CD70
  • For B-cell ALL or lymphoma, the cancer must be CD19 negative or the patient must be unable to get CD19-directed therapy — for example, after a second relapse or after a stem cell transplant
  • The patient must have a life expectancy greater than 12 weeks and be well enough to be up and about for at least half the day
  • If the patient has had a stem cell transplant before, they must be fully healed from it with no active graft-versus-host disease and no donor lymphocyte infusion in the last 28 days
  • The patient must have a stem cell donor identified

CD70 CAR T cells for CD70 positive cancers

This trial tests a new treatment called CD70 CAR T cells, which are specially designed immune cells that target a protein called CD70 on cancer cells. It is for people with certain types of lymphoma, myeloma, kidney cancer, or sarcoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments.

NCT06777979Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR T cell therapy for children with hard-to-treat leukemia

This trial tests a special kind of immune cell therapy that targets two markers (CD19 and CD22) on leukemia cells. It is for children and teens whose leukemia has come back multiple times or has not responded to standard treatment.

NCT06847269Recruiting· Phase 2
CAR T cell therapy for children and young adults with CD19+ leukemia

This trial tests an immunotherapy called CAR T cells for leukemia that has come back or is hard to treat. It aims to use your own immune cells to fight the cancer.

Memphis, Tennessee
NCT06345027Not yet recruiting· Phase 1
CAR T cell therapy targeting CD70 for leukemia

This trial tests a new treatment made from your own immune cells, called CAR T cells, that are designed to find and attack leukemia cells with a specific marker called CD70. It may be an option if your leukemia has come back or not responded to standard treatments and you might be able to receive a stem cell transplant if this treatment helps.
