CAR T cell therapy targeting CD70 for leukemia

This trial tests a new treatment made from your own immune cells, called CAR T cells, that are designed to find and attack leukemia cells with a specific marker called CD70. It may be an option if your leukemia has come back or not responded to standard treatments and you might be able to receive a stem cell transplant if this treatment helps.

Who can take part

  • You must have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or another type of leukemia that is CD70-positive and has not responded to treatment or has returned after treatment.
  • Your leukemia cells must have at least 26% of the CD70 marker on them, confirmed by a lab test.
  • You must be 75 years old or younger.
  • You must have a donor identified for a possible stem cell transplant, or you have decided against having one.
  • You must be in reasonably good health, with adequate kidney, liver, heart, and lung function.
  • You cannot have active infections, other uncontrolled cancers, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
