  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have no shoulder, neck, or lower back pain in the last 6 months.
  • You have no major health or nerve problems.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or less.
  • You are active at a moderate to high level (Tegner score of 5 or higher).
