Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have no recent shoulder, neck, or back pain or injury in the past 6 months.
  • You have full range of motion in your shoulder.
  • You do not have a body mass index (BMI) over 25.
  • You do not have a systemic or neurological disease.
  • You are active at a sport or exercise level of at least 5 on the Tegner scale (meaning you can do recreational sports or heavier physical work).
