- You have been diagnosed with one-sided shoulder impingement by a doctor
- You experience pain when lifting your arm overhead or to the side
- You can read and write Turkish
- You do not have a serious mental health condition that would interfere with the study
- You have not had a fracture in your arm or shoulder in the past 6 months
