  • You are between 30 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with one-sided shoulder impingement by a doctor
  • You experience pain when lifting your arm overhead or to the side
  • You can read and write Turkish
  • You do not have a serious mental health condition that would interfere with the study
  • You have not had a fracture in your arm or shoulder in the past 6 months
