Who can take part
- You are between 60 and 85 years old and Chinese and right-handed.
- You have mild memory problems (Montreal Cognitive Assessment score 22–26) but can still do daily activities on your own.
- You have poor sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score greater than 5).
- You have not been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, brain tumor, dementia, schizophrenia, or depression.
- You are not taking any psychiatric medications or medications that affect sleep or thinking.
- You are not currently in another research study.
- You are physically able to come to all study sessions.
