Who can take part

  • You are between 60 and 85 years old and Chinese and right-handed.
  • You have mild memory problems (Montreal Cognitive Assessment score 22–26) but can still do daily activities on your own.
  • You have poor sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score greater than 5).
  • You have not been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, brain tumor, dementia, schizophrenia, or depression.
  • You are not taking any psychiatric medications or medications that affect sleep or thinking.
  • You are not currently in another research study.
  • You are physically able to come to all study sessions.
