Who can take part
- Your child is between 0 and 14 years old.
- Your child has a confirmed stone in the kidney or upper ureter (kidney stone ≤20 mm, upper ureter stone ≤15 mm).
- Your child's doctor has decided ESWL is a good option, and there are no serious health issues (like uncontrolled infection, bleeding problems, or severe heart/lung/kidney disease).
- You (the guardian) agree to participate and can commit to a 4-week follow-up after the procedure.
- Your child has not already had ESWL or another stone-breaking procedure for the same stone.
