This study tests a new way to freeze and destroy small lung tumors using a thin tube with a camera (bronchoscope) to guide the freezing probe. It is for people with early-stage lung cancer or limited lung metastases who cannot or prefer not to have surgery or radiation.

Who can take part
- You are 18 to 80 years old.
- You have one or a few small lung tumors (each 3 cm or smaller, up to 3 tumors).
- Your cancer is either stage IA lung cancer or a lung metastasis from another cancer that is well controlled.
- You are not able or choose not to have surgery or radiation for your lung tumor(s).
- You are generally healthy enough for a bronchoscopy (no severe heart, lung, or bleeding problems).
