Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with sleep apnea or tried a standard treatment (like CPAP) that didn't work.
  • You are willing to stop using any sleep apnea treatments (like CPAP or mouthpieces) for 3 months.
  • You can follow instructions and do simple exercises.
  • You do not have certain health issues like severe nasal blockage, a tongue-tie, facial abnormalities, severe lung disease, severe PTSD, very severe insomnia, or a BMI of 30 or more.
