This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR T-cells) that targets CD19 and BCMA proteins on B cells. It is for people with certain neurological autoimmune diseases that have come back or not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy can help control the disease.
This early-phase trial tests CT103A “CAR-T” cell therapy to treat certain relapsing or treatment-resistant autoimmune diseases that affect the nervous system. It aims to see whether the cells are safe and may help reduce disease activity when standard treatments haven’t controlled symptoms.
This early-stage trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR T-cells) against several relapsed or hard-to-treat autoimmune diseases that affect the nervous system. The goal is to see if this treatment can safely calm the immune system and improve symptoms.
This trial tests a new drug called DNTH103 for adults with CIDP, a condition that affects nerves and causes weakness. It aims to see if the drug can help people who are currently on treatment, have tried treatment before, or are new to treatment.
This trial tests a new treatment called TRX319 for people with progressive multiple sclerosis (MS) that has been getting worse. The study wants to see if this treatment can help slow down disability progression.
This trial tests a new cell therapy called SYS6020 for people with multiple sclerosis that has not improved with standard treatments. The goal is to see if it can slow or stop the disease and improve symptoms.
