Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- You must have a normal body mass index (BMI).
- You have been diagnosed with patellofemoral pain syndrome (knee pain around the kneecap) in one knee by an orthopedist.
- You have no history of leg surgery, nerve disorders, or other knee conditions like tendonitis or Osgood-Schlatter disease.
- You do not have any inflammatory diseases that affect your joints.
